What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment options

We accept Credit Card Payments through PayPal or Stripe (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Debit Card). You do not need a PayPal or Stripe Account to be able to pay by Credit Card. All transaction are processed on Secure SSL processing servers of Stripe or PayPal. We do not store Credit Card information on our server, for the security of your information.

Prepayment: The total price of the reservation is charged at the time of the booking.

What about Pets?

Pets are not allowed as we are very respectful of the environment and wildlife.


If you are equestrian minded, we keep horses on our farm and welcome yours which can be kept in a paddock next to the tent, the use of which is at your own risk. Please inform us ahead of time so that we can relocate our horses to another paddock. Water is provided in tubs fed from the dam but you will need to provide your own fodder. Please note no tack to be stored in the tent.

Are Children allowed?

Children are not encouraged due to the hazards associated with a rural environment, (including but not limited to dams, fences, rabbit and wombat burrows, livestock, spiders and snakes) but can be accommodated for with camp beds available for a small fee.

Children must be supervised at all times. Please email if this is the case.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Prepayment: The total price of the reservation is charged at the time of the booking.

Cancellation Policy: If two weeks (14 days) notice is not provided prior to the check in date, the costs will not be refunded.

If cancelled, or in case of a no-show, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation (unless notified 14 days prior to the Checkin Date).
For Cancellation we must be notified 14 days prior to the Checkin Date. Failure to notify us 14 days prior to the Checkin Date, the full amount of the Booking will be forfeited.
