What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment options
We accept Credit Card Payments through Stripe (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Debit Card). You do not need a Stripe Account to be able to pay by Credit Card. All transaction are processed on Secure SSL processing servers of Stripe. We do not store Credit Card information on our server, for the security of your information.
Prepayment: The total price of the reservation is charged at the time of the booking.
What about Pets?
Pets are not allowed as we are very respectful of the environment and wildlife.
Are Children allowed in the Glamping Tent?
Children are not allowed due to the hazards associated with a rural environment, (including but not limited to dams, fences, rabbit and wombat burrows, livestock, spiders and snakes).
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Prepayment: The total price of the reservation is charged at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Policy: If two weeks (14 days) notice is not provided prior to the check in date, the costs will not be refunded.
If cancelled, or in case of a no-show, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation (unless notified 14 days prior to the Checkin Date).
For Cancellation we must be notified 14 days prior to the Checkin Date. Failure to notify us 14 days prior to the Checkin Date, the full amount of the Booking will be forfeited.
